My name is John Doyle and I have been teaching guitar in Waterfoot, right in the heart of the Rossendale Valley for 10 years now.
I’m the resident guitar teacher at Fearns Community College and Blessed Trinity High School in Burnley and you will probably bump into me at any of the Jam nights around Ramsbottom, Bury or Waterfoot (any excuse to play a bit of guitar).
I provide private one to one guitar lessons and I also provide small group lessons of up to 4 students.
Lesson topics vary from student to student but the core elements of learning to play with good technique and mastery of the basics remain, in any style.
Lessons are friendly and informal and can take place at your home or my studio, whichever is more convenient for you.
Whether you are working through your GCSE or Rock school Grades or trying to sharpen your chops for your Metal band, I can help provide a more effective learning method which will set you years ahead and give you tried and tested methods for becoming all the guitarist you want to be!
